Curved fit for curved areas: Clinical cases featuring SenSura� Mio Concave for outward peristomal areas

Speakers will present a Canadian clinical study evaluating the SenSura� Mio Concave ostomy skin barrier in comparison to non-concave ostomy skin barrier in terms of leakage, wear time, sense of security, adhesion to the skin, comfort, flexibility, effects on peristomal skin and ease of application. Participants in the study are adults with either colostomies or ileostomies and have an outward peristomal body profile.

Through the exploration of a series of clinical cases, this presentation will inform clinicians on the practical implications for implementing SenSura� Mio Concave, a curved shaped skin barrier, as a solution for patients with an outward peristomal body profile.
