Jillian Brooke qualified as an RN in the UK in 1996 and went on to obtain a Bachelor of Science with honours in professional practice, becoming an Enterostomal Therapy Nurse (ETN) in 2002.
In 2003 Jillian moved to Canada and completed the International Interdisciplinary Wound Care Course (IIWCC) through the University of Toronto. Since joining SE Health as a community ETN in 2005, Jillian has published articles in peer-reviewed journals, obtained certification through the CNA, and completed the Master of Clinical Science in Wound Healing program through the University of Western Ontario. Jillian has held various voluntary positions with Nurses Specialized in Wound Ostomy & Continence Canada, including Regional Director for Ontario, and Nominating Committee Chair.
Jillian is currently in the position of Advanced Practice Leader for Wound Ostomy & Continence with SE Health.
