Camilla Vogt Pedersen is a Danish Registered Nurse specialized in continence care needs in children and adults. She is educated at VIA University in Denmark and has a clinical background in the home care field and in nursing homes. She worked in home care and nursing homes with persons diagnosed with incontinence problems. In cooperation with doctors, Camilla evaluates if patients could grant appropriations on incontinence aids on the basis of the Danish Service law.

Camilla has performed specialized training and guidance of care staff and nurses. She has contributed to establishing nursing standards in the urology area in Denmark’s 5th largest municipality where she was also a part of the central group for the supply of incontinence products. She is constantly keeping her knowledge up-to-date, she is member of the ICS and participates in different conferences where the newest incontinence knowledge and recommended best practices are presented.

Camilla is working for Abena, one of the largest European manufacturers of incontinence products, where she provides training on relevant incontinence-related areas. She is also well known for her generous guidance and knowledge sharing about incontinence, hygiene products and nursing incontinence problems in general. At Abena, she is involved in product development and innovation and is a part of the Abena Nova digital continence care solution team.
