How to book an additional sponsorship opportunity

To book one of the additional sponsorship opportunities listed above, a company must first confirm their spot at one of the 4 partnership levels (Honoured Corporate Partner, Corporate Partner, Corporate Supporter, or Exhibitor) using the booking form below. Once you select your partnership level on this webpage, you may also request to book up to two (2) of the above sponsorship opportunities.

Starting Thursday, September 15th, 2022 at 5pm ET, the booking form for the sponsored opportunities will be opened. After one (1) week (on Thursday, September 22nd, 2022 at 5pm ET), NSWOCC will award each company their requested sponsorship opportunity by priority of the level of partnership. For example, if an Honoured Corporate Partner and a Corporate Supporter both request the same additional sponsorship opportunity, priority will be given to the Honoured Corporate Partner.

The request for booking form will remain open until all sponsorship opportunities are filled, using the same process as outlined above, awarding new requests weekly on Thursdays at 5pm ET.

In the event that two companies at the same partnership level both request the same additional sponsorship opportunity, the NSWOCC President will submit each company name to a randomizer which will randomly choose the successful company.

No company may sponsor more than one (1) additional sponsorship opportunity at the NSWOCC National Conference.
