Under the theme Catch the Wave in Halifax! Navigating the Future of Wound, Ostomy and Continence Care, the conference will explore advances in clinical practice, emerging research, innovative technologies, and collaborative approaches to improving patient outcomes.

Exhibit Hall Schedule

The 2027 Exhibit Hall will be located in Convention Halls C2B, C3 and C4 at the Halifax Convention Centre, adjacent to the conference plenary space and dedicated Poster Library and networking area in Convention Hall C5.
The Exhibit Hall provides dedicated opportunities for attendees to connect with industry partners, explore products and technologies, and discuss innovations in wound, ostomy, and continence care.

Exhibit Hall Location & Layout
The 2027 NSWOCC National Conference Exhibit Hall will be located in Convention Halls C2B, C3, and C4 at the Halifax Convention Centre, sharing the main convention space with the Plenary Room, located in Convention Halls C1, C2, and C2A.
The Halifax Convention Centre's main Convention Hall is a column-free, divisible space with 24-foot ceilings, providing an open and flexible environment for our conference's educational sessions and industry exhibition.
The Exhibit Hall will be accessible from the main convention concourse, as well as through three connecting doors leading directly into the Poster Library and Networking Lounge, located in Convention Hall C5. This connected layout is designed to encourage attendee movement between the Exhibit Hall, poster presentations, and networking areas, creating additional opportunities for engagement with industry partners.
Additionally, the Convention Level features nine meeting rooms, which will accommodate our concurrent educational sessions and workshops. With the Plenary Room, Exhibit Hall, Poster Library, Networking Lounge, and breakout sessions all located on the same floor, attendees will be able to move conveniently between educational programming, networking activities, and the industry exhibition throughout the conference.
Exhibit Booth Layout & Selection
Exhibit booths will primarily be arranged in rows throughout the hall, with opportunities for eligible corporate partners to secure desirable end-cap booth locations as part of the established priority booth selection process.
Booth selection will follow the priority order associated with each corporate partnership level, with higher-tier partners receiving earlier access to available locations.
Booth selection is anticipated to begin around January 27, 2027.

Returning this year and exclusively available to Honoured Corporate Partners, this special networking event provides an opportunity to showcase selected products and innovations in the dedicated Poster Library and networking space.
Participating Honoured Corporate Partners will have the opportunity to feature their products at a separate display table while connecting with conference attendees during the poster event.

Educational Breakfast Sessions
Investment: $20,000 CAD per session
Educational breakfast sessions provide an opportunity for industry partners to support focused learning at the beginning of the conference day.
Sponsors can propose an educational topic and speakers relevant to wound, ostomy, and/or continence care, subject to approval by the NSWOCC National Conference Planning Committee.

NIAC Industry & Science Day
Thursday, May 13, 2027 | $8,500 CAD per session
Theme: Enhancing Specialized Care through Knowledge and Innovation
Supported by the NSWOCC Industry Advisory Council (NIAC), Industry & Science Day brings together clinical evidence, scientific research, and industry innovation to advance wound, ostomy, and continence care.
These industry-sponsored educational sessions provide an opportunity to explore how emerging technologies, clinical research, and product performance can contribute to improved patient outcomes, efficient resource utilization, and evidence-based clinical practice.
Session Schedule
Up to nine concurrent sessions are planned across three time slots on Thursday, May 13, 2027:

Session 1: 10:00–11:00 AM ADT (up to 3 concurrent presentations)

Session 2: 1:30–2:30 PM ADT (up to 3 concurrent presentations)

Session 3: 3:30–4:30 PM ADT (up to 3 concurrent presentations)
A minimum of six sessions is planned, with the potential to expand to nine depending on industry interest.
Presentation Requirements
Each session will be 45 minutes in duration, allowing time for questions and answers. Presentations must be evidence-based and incorporate at least two clinical case studies to demonstrate the practical application of the evidence presented.
All proposed topics, speakers, and educational content are subject to review and approval by the NSWOCC National Conference Planning Committee to ensure alignment with the conference's educational objectives.
Additional Conference Sponsorship Opportunities
How to Request an Additional Sponsorship
Companies interested in additional sponsorship opportunities should first confirm their corporate partnership level. Additional sponsorship requests can then be submitted through the conference's corporate partnership booking form.
Requests will be reviewed through NSWOCC's established priority allocation process, with availability subject to confirmation.
In addition to corporate partnership packages and sponsored educational sessions, NSWOCC offers several opportunities for companies to further support the conference while increasing their visibility among attendees.

Poster Prize Sponsorship — $2,000 CAD: Support the recognition of outstanding research and clinical contributions presented through the conference's scientific poster program.

Charging Station Sponsorship — $1,500 CAD: Provide attendees with a convenient place to recharge their devices while receiving sponsor recognition via sponsored signage on the charging stations. Located in the poster library.

Photo Booth Sponsorship — $2,000 CAD: Support an interactive conference experience that encourages networking and attendee engagement.

Corporate Partnership Booking & Allocation Process
Bookings open Thursday, October 15, 2026, at 5:00 PM Eastern Time.
To ensure a fair and transparent allocation process, NSWOCC will follow its established corporate partnership booking procedures.
Step 1: Confirm Your Partnership Level
Select one of the four available levels: Honoured Corporate Partner, Corporate Partner, Corporate Supporter, or Conference Exhibitor.
Step 2: Request Additional Sponsorship Opportunities
Once your partnership level has been selected, you may indicate your interest in additional sponsorship opportunities through the same booking form.
Step 3: Initial Booking Window
The initial booking window runs from October 15–29, 2026. Requests received during this period will be considered through NSWOCC's established priority allocation process.
Step 4: Allocation and Confirmation
Where multiple companies request the same opportunity, priority will be given according to the confirmed corporate partnership level. NSWOCC will communicate allocations and next steps following review of the initial requests.
Additional opportunities will continue to be considered following the initial booking period, subject to availability.
