John is a medical writer; copy editor and project manager. He led the international advisory board project that developed the original TIME paradigm as part of wound bed preparation. He is an IIWCC graduate and ISWA student.
He produced the NSWOC Standards and many of NSWOCC's best practice recommendations and position statements. Through his consulting business, Opencity Inc, he works on ORNAC Standards and chairs an advocacy committee for Spinal Cord Injury Ontario. Outside health care, John is an acclaimed international canoeing journalist, where he hosts the ICF slalom podcast.
