Jeremy is a Registered Nurse with a graduate degree in wound healing. He has experience in chronic disease management, diabetes education and continues to service a predominantly Indigenous population. Jeremy provides advanced wound care management and consultation for patients in the Sioux Lookout catchment. This includes 30+ remote First Nations, 28 of which are fly-in. Jeremy is an active participant in several steering committees such as the Lower-Limb Preservation Advisory Committee with CorHealth, and is involved in regional wound care initiatives in the Northwest.
