Great food, great company — what more could you need for a pleasant evening? Whether you’re hosting a party at home for friends and family, or you’re planning a special event for an engagement or a milestone birthday, food is sure to be a central theme. A fun food option is to style an impressive charcuterie board that will not only feed a lot of people, but also excite them with visual appeal at the same time. All registrants of the event will be receiving a separate link directly from Zoom to join this event. Below, you will find the list of ingredients and tools needed to design your Charcuterie board.

Smoked Salmon

Fresh basil

"Sweety" drop peppers (can be purchasing deli section and/or by the jar in condiments section)

Fresh cilantro

Old cheddar

Green olives (Castelvetrano - deli section)

Black pepper crackers - La Panzella brand (available in any Sobeys/Foodland/Thriftys store)

Thinly sliced salami (at least 3” in diameter)

Fresh thyme

Red pepper (best to slice into long pieces in advance)

Red pepper dip

Salted shelled pistachios (or any shelled, salted nut)

Mary's Organic black pepper crackers
TOOLS REQUIRED

Glass ramekins that can be bought at Canadian Tire or the Dollar Store.

A small wine glass (2 - 2 1/2 inches across) to make the salami rosette.
