Misty Dawn Stephens RN, BScN, NSWOC, WOCC(C)

Misty first started nursing in 2006 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing working in medical/surgical units, then moving into ICU and trauma care. In 2013, she completed her NSWOC and got her certification with the Canadian Nurses Association. She is currently working to finish her Master of Applied Science at Western University. Misty works at a community hospital and covers acute care, LTC, family social units, hospice, tertiary mental health, and community outpatient wound clinic. She is the Chair of the BC Provincial Skin and Wound Nursing Committee and the BC Provincial Skin and Wound Value Analysis team. In her off time, she enjoys outdoor recreational activities with her husband and 3 kids at their cabin.
