I'd like to remind you that the deadline to benefit from discounted rates for all orders received via the Exhibitor Service Manual is 4:00 PM PACIFIC TIME ON APRIL 10, 2024. Standard rates will apply after this deadline.

For any inquiries or concerns regarding orders, please feel free to email orders@showinmotion.com.

If you haven't already, please check your inbox for an email sent to your primary contact(s) containing a code to register your complimentary representatives for the National Conference. If you encounter any difficulties accessing this code, please reach out to Troy at tcurtis@nswoc.ca, and I'll be happy to resend it.

We're delighted to share that we already have 4 Industry Teams registered for our Networking Event on Friday, May 3. We encourage you to sign up a team as well to let NSWOCs and SWANs know they can join your team! Keep an eye out for another promotional email about the networking event, and don't forget to add your team to the list online.

Here's a quick rundown of how it works:

  • Each team is led by an Industry Member and includes conference participants.

  • To create a team, use the submission form at https://www.nswoccconference.com/networking-event#create-a-team.

  • Participants can join teams at https://www.nswoccconference.com/networking-event#join.

  • Industry teams are required to submit a country and western song before the National Conference.

  • Ideally, we aim for 6-8 teams with 15-25 members each.

  • When a participant joins a team, NSWOCC shares their contact info with the Industry Member captain, who will then welcome them to the team.

  • Team members, along with the captain, coordinate their performance.

We're looking forward to an incredible conference experience together! If you have any questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out.
